3. Exposure method:

When using a large-area UV aging box for aging test, the surface temperature of the sample is an important exposure parameter. In general, high temperature will accelerate the polymer degradation process and the allowable test Die TeTemperature should be determined according to the test material and aging performance evaluation index. UV fluorescent lamps emit less infrared rays than xenon lamps and carbon arc lamps, and heating of the sample surface is essentially by hot air convection. Exposure Method 2: The sample is continuously exposed to radiation and subjected to a cycle test with periodic water spray. Relevant standards for the test period. If there is no regulation, the following test conditions are recommended: irradiate and expose for 5 hours under the conditions of black standard temperature 50°C ± 3°C and relative humidity (10 ± 5)﹪, and then further irradiate at black standard temperature 20° C±3°C, expose to light for 1 hour and spray with water.
