The structure of equipment that meets the waterproof test of IPX1-X6:

The rain test chamber and waterproof test chamber each consist of a product test placement table, a control box, a water storage tank, a slope, a buffer zone for sample drainage, and a spray system.

The material is as follows:

1. Nozzle: galvanized pipe.

2. Water tank: SUS304 stainless steel plate.

3. Countertop: non-slip aluminum plate.

4. Support inside the table: stainless steel square pass.

5. Chint, Omron, Delixi, Fuji and other brands are selected for electric control accessories.

IPX5, IPX6 rain test chamber, waterproof test room parameters:

1.The overall size of the test bench: about 1500 deep x 2000 wide x 3500mm high ( non-default customizations are available).

2.Water tank: depth 1000 × width 1000 × height 500 × (non-default customizations are available).

Materials: The inner bracket of the test bench is made of square welded aluminum sheet, the table top is made of non-slip aluminum sheet, and the water tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel.

3.Sprinkler system device: It consists of awater pressure gauge, a water pump, a fixed nozzle holder and 4 sprinkler heads installed on it. There are 2 in total on both sides. Including 1 IP5 nozzle, I1 P6 nozzle.
