UV tester for cables

Cable UV Tester can not only simulate the ultraviolet light transmitted by the sun, but also the high temperature and high Humidity environmental test. Therefore, it can also be called high temperature UV aging box or high humidity UV weather resistance box and UV light source environmental box. This device can simulate the damage caused by ultraviolet light, rain and dew on industrial materials. It uses American Atlas fluorescent ultraviolet (UV) lamp to simulate the effect of ultraviolet light in sunlight, uses condensation to eliminate moisture and to simulate dew, and uses spray soaking to simulate rainy and rainy weather. The tested material is tested in a cyclic environmental program that alternates between different climate zones. Hazards that occur outdoors over months to years cancan be reproduced immediately with short test times. Types of hazards include: fading, cracking, clouding, blistering, discoloration, loss of gloss, chalking, embrittlement, loss of strength, and oxidation.

Technical parameters of the cable UV resistance tester:

1. Temperature and humidity range Normal temperature +10~70℃; Panel Measurement Range: 45~80℃; Humidity range: ≥90% RH.

2. Temperature variation: ±3℃, resolution: 0.1℃.

3. The center distance of the lamp is 70mm (the distance between the center of the test product and the lamp tube: plate base frame test plate (adjustable up and down) 。

4. Lamp brand model American ATLAS original UVA-340 (315~400nm), UVB-313 (280~315nm) (optional), 8Piece 340 bulbs are standard by default, if you need 313 bulbs, please explain before ordering.

5. The irradiance can be adjusted within 1.0W/m2 (can be output according to the adjusted light intensity).
