Ozone Concentration Tester can be used for rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable jacketing and other products subjected to static tensile deformation. Test the sample according to the specified Time in the airtight constant ozone concentration and temperature test chamber without light and evaluate the ozone aging resistance of rubber by the crack or other performance changes on the surface of the sample.
Ozone sample rack requirements:
1. It consists of the shell, electronic components and ozone generator. Consisting of several main parts
2. Fix both ends of the sample with clamps under the required stretch. When in contact with ozonated air, the longitudinal direction of the sample should be substantially parallel to the direction of air flown
3.The bracket should be made of materials that do not easily decompose ozone (such as aluminum).
4. Set the sample rotation speed between (20^-25)mm/s, in a plane perpendicular to the drying air flow, each sample is continuous
5. The time for one rotation of the same sample is (8^-12)min.
6. Sample preparation should conform to the provisions of GB/T 9865.1. Specimens shall be cut from newly formed specimens or, where necessary, from finished products.
7. Use at least 3 samples for each test condition
8. Long standard test The width of the sample is not less than 10m, the thickness is 2.0m. The upper part is 0.2mm, and the length of the sample is betweenbetween the two ends of the clamp before stretching is not less than 40mm
