Structure features:

1. Xenon lamp weather resistance aging test box includes Xenon lamp, test chamber, rotating shaft, sample holder temperature sensor, drive mechanism and control system. The xenon lamp is fixed in the center of the top of the test room, the rotary shaft is pivotally connected to the test room, and the control system controls the drive mechanism to drive the rotary shaft to rotate.

2. The control system includes a microcomputer and a digital power supply, the microcomputer receives and processes the signals from each sensor, and the digital power supply powers the xenon lamp according to the digitalMicrocomputer signal response with appropriate energy.

3. The inside of the rotating shaft is a hollow structure. An auto switch is installed at the bottom of the rotating shaft, which can rotate with the rotating shaft. Multiple wires are used to electrically connect the temperature sensor of the sample rack, and the signal transmitter is connected through the hollow structure of the rotating shaft. The sensor detects the temperature signal and sends it to the receiver, overcoming the defect that the signal line transmits the signal difficult to transmit to the control systemto the rotation of the pattern holder.

4.
