Sample placement: Choose a pivot tube with a suitable radius so that the height of the sample stage is at the level of the pivot tube
Place the sample on the sample stage on the dia so that the distance from the top to the sample water nozzle is no more than 200mm and the sample stage does not rotate.Test conditions: The water flow rate is calculated by the number of pendulum tube sprays, and each unit is 0.07L/min. When water is sprayed, spray water from the spray holes in the 60° arc on both sides the center of the swing tube onto the sample. The sample to be tested is placed in the semi-circular center of the swing tube. The swing tube swings 60° on either side of the vertical line, a total of 120°. Each swing (2X120°) lasts about 4 s. Test pressure: 80-150 kPa
Experiment time: spray water continuously for 10 minutes; rotate the sample 90° after 5 minutes of testing
IPX4 test method:
Sample placement: Choose a swing tube with a suitable radius so that the height of the sample stage is at the diameter of the swing tube Place the sample on the sample stage so that the distance from the top to the sample nozzle is no more than 200 mm and the sample stage does not rotate.
Test conditions: The water flow rate is calculated by the number of spray holes of the swing pipe, and each hole ist 0.0.07 ± 0.5L/min The water spray area is the water spray holes in the 90° arc section on either side of the midpoint of the pendulum tube that sprays water onto the sample. The sample to be tested is placed in the semi-circular center of the pendulum tube, swings 180° on either side of the vertical line, a total of 360°. Each sweep (2 x 360°) takes about 12s.
Test pressure: 80 -150kPa
Test time: spray water continuously for 10 minutes and test for 5 minutes, then rotate the sample 90°
