The purpose of the test is to determine the potential harmful effects of particles carried by airflow on electrical products. The test can be used to simulate environmental conditions in free sandy air caused by natural environments or human disturbances such as vehicle movement.

Sand dust control:

2. The parameter setting is simple, no need to enter the program menu, you can directly enter the parameter menu to change it.

3 The total time of the test can be controlled, the dust blowing interval time and dust blowing cycle.

4.The temperature adopts the RKCDC temperature controller, which is set to RT + 5 ~ 60 °C to prevent the test dust in the box from being affected by the moisture in the air.

Structure, Material

1. The interior material of the sand and dust test chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel.

2.The material of the outer box of the dust test box is electrostatic spraying cold-rolled sheet metal (referred to as baking paint).

3. The dust blowing motor is a special stainless steel body with strong sealing, low noise and high wind speed.

4. There is an observation window on the door of the box, which can observe the state of the sample in the box when the flow of dust stops.

5. The inner body of the box is funnel-shaped, and the vibration duration is adjustable, so that the dust flies and falls freely, and collects near the blowhole.
