The grain loss testing and verification system has achieved mechanization and automation, changing the manual testing method for harvesting quality of harvesters in China to mechanized automation, and achieving on-board and parallel testing. It can achieve testing of different types of harvesters, real-time data transmission, processing, and feedback. The technology team of the Innovation Center has expanded the testing capabilities of soybean and corn grain damage on the wheat testing platform, and recently conducted field testing and verification in Fujin City. After more than 20 days and 10 rounds of testing, it has been shown that the testing capabilities of the grain loss platform for soybeans and corn have been successfully expanded. The technical team has developed a set of different testing modes and parameter configurations for wheat, soybeans, and corn, meeting the requirements of efficient and multi index grain loss testing.

    Next, the Innovation Center will also expand the platform's rice testing capabilities. The implementation of mechanized grain loss testing capabilities for soybeans and corn is conducive to providing better services for the industry and promoting the promotion and application of mechanized grain loss testing methods.

In August this year, Liu Hengxin, the director and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Agricultural Mechanization Station of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, pointed out during a research and guidance session at the Innovation Center that the grain loss machinery testing and verification system will enrich the various parameters of harvesting machinery in terms of grain loss, and can greatly meet the accuracy requirements of machine harvesting loss rate testing. He affirmed the work of the Innovation Center in building a comprehensive testing service platform for agricultural machinery and equipment, The main station will continue to pay attention to and guide the experimental and verification work of the Innovation Center in the comprehensive testing of agricultural machinery and equipment. It is also hoped that the Innovation Center can play the role of a national platform, increase the efforts to introduce and cultivate innovative technologies, and contribute to the rapid development of agricultural machinery and equipment.
