20. December 2018 The aging of the population has been identified as a major challenge by the Belarusian government. At the request of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, UNECE has started working on a roadmap to support the Government of Belarus in developing a national strategy on aging in 2019.
